Evidence
- Baseline: 1,714 App Store ratings (US) as of our snapshot 2026-08-12T18:00:01Z.
- Two consecutive positive daily intervals, both measured: 1,535 → 1,645 between 2026-08-10T18:00:04Z and 2026-08-11T18:00:01Z (+110), then 1,645 → 1,714 between 2026-08-11T18:00:01Z and 2026-08-12T18:00:01Z (+69). Windowed velocity over 2026-08-10T10:33:28Z → 2026-08-12T18:00:01Z: +77.5/day.
- Released 2026-01-22 (Apple first-publication date). Incorporated seller (Raukin LLC).
- Mechanism, quoted from the App Store listing: 'ScrollFit locks your distracting apps and only unlocks them when you move. Choose pushups or squats' — 'Our AI-powered pose detection counts every rep, so there's no faking it.'
- The growth is chart-invisible: ScrollFit is adding roughly a hundred ratings a day while absent from the category charts we track — the band our daily rating-count series was built to see.

Analysis
Every screen-time blocker fights the same war: the unlock path. ScrollFit moves it into the body. To open a blocked app you do push-ups or squats, counted by the app’s pose detection — the escape hatch is priced in muscular effort rather than willpower.
We logged Sentence for moving the unlock gate onto paper. ScrollFit is the same structural bet — analog friction — expressed as exercise, and unlike the young novelty entries in our pool it already has traction: 1,700+ ratings, growing at around a hundred a day, seven months after release.
The reason this entry exists is in the second evidence line: the growth is happening entirely off the charts. Chart-based discovery would not surface ScrollFit at all. A daily rating-count series does, and this call is a test of exactly that instrument — whether chart-invisible velocity at four-digit scale predicts a breakout the charts only admit later.
What would make this a MISS: the D+21 bar doubles a four-digit baseline, which demands the current rate roughly double and hold for three weeks. Exercise gates also carry the retention risk every high-friction blocker carries — the mechanism that sells the install can drive the uninstall in week three.
The resolution date is fixed. The number will be published against the bar recorded above, either way.
